Aatman Samarpan, a global initiative aimed at promoting holistic wellness within the legal fraternity, was launched by Bithika Anand at the 3rd edition of Vidhi Utsav held at the Constitution Club of India in New Delhi on March 28, 2026.
Anand, Founder, Chairman and Managing Director of Legal League Consulting and Founder and CEO of Human Elevation, said the initiative aims to create a platform where lawyers can rediscover balance, purpose, and inner strength, enabling them to perform at their highest potential while maintaining fulfilling personal lives.
Conceived as a community-driven effort, the initiative is designed as “a movement built by lawyers, for lawyers,” bringing together members of the profession across generations, geographies, and areas of practice.
Aatman Samarpan is inspired by the ideas of 'Aatma', meaning the soul, and 'Mann', representing the mind, together with 'Samarpan', which signifies dedication, surrender, and offering.
The platform will facilitate interest-based communities to enable the exchange of ideas and experiences among legal professionals. It will also host an annual flagship event and regular engagements throughout the year.
Speaking at the launch, Bithika Anand described Aatman Samarpan as a deeply personal initiative aimed at creating a more holistic impact within the legal fraternity.
“Aatman Samarpan represents a new journey built on the same belief, but with a much larger and deeper purpose. It is something deeply personal and life-changing, driven by the same ethos of creating impact, this time in a far more holistic way.”
The initiative was inaugurated by several prominent members of the legal fraternity, including:
Lalit Bhasin, managing partner of Bhasin & Co. and president of the Society of Indian Law Firms
Manoj Kumar, additional secretary at the Ministry of Law and Justice (India)
