Abhinav Kumar has joined TT&A as a Partner in the firm's Capital Markets practice.

Kumar has over 16 years of experience in equity capital markets transactions, specializing in the full spectrum of equity transactions, including initial public offerings, follow-on offerings, rights issues, QIPs, preferential issues, and secondary trades. He has handled many large and complex equity capital markets transactions. 

He also provides risk analysis and SEBI-related advisory to merchant bankers and assists investment banks in developing suitable risk mitigation and compliance frameworks. 

Kumar graduated from NUJS, Kolkata, in 2008. He started his career with the erstwhile Amarchand Mangaldas and later became part of Cyril Amarchand Mangaldas. He was made partner in 2017.

On Kumar's joining, Kunal Thakore and Gautam Saha, Joint Managing Partners, stated,
