Abhishek Paliwal joins King Stubb & Kasiva as Partner in Corporate Practice

Abhishek Paliwal has joined King Stubb & Kasiva as a Partner in Corporate practice, at New Delhi.

Paliwal is a 2019 graduate of Chaudhary Charan Singh University. He is also a member of The Institute of Company Secretaries of India.

Paliwal has over 12 years of experience in corporate and capital markets law, with deep expertise in SEBI regulations, Companies Act, FEMA advisory, IPOs, corporate governance, and compliance advisory. He has advised listed companies, startups, capital market intermediaries, and multinational corporations on complex regulatory and transactional matters.

In the past, Paliwal has been associated with law firms such as Anand & Anand and Ahlawat & Associates. He had also served as a CS for the Vatika Group.
