Akshay Malhotra joins TT&A as Partner in Projects, Infrastructure & Energy

Malhotra has previously worked with leading law firms such as HSA, Trilegal and Luthra & Luthra.

Khaitan Partner Akshay Malhotra has quit to join TT&A as a Partner in the firm's Projects, Infrastructure & Energy team.

Malhotra is a 2009 graduate of the Symbiosis Law School, Pune.

His practice focuses on advising clients on project development and implementation across diverse sectors, including energy, power, transportation, social infrastructure, and defense procurement.

His extensive experience encompasses representing government authorities, sponsors, contractors, and lenders engaged in matters such as financing, mergers, acquisitions, and dispute resolution, with an emphasis on public-private partnerships. Furthermore, Malhotra has made notable contributions to the success of some of India's largest Oil & Gas and renewable energy companies through his secondments.

He has previously worked with leading law firms such as HSA, Trilegal and Luthra & Luthra.

Prior to joining TT&A, Malhotra was a Partner in the Energy, Infrastructure and Resources practice of Khaitan & Co for over 2 years.
