Akshay Sachthey rejoins Shardul Amarchand Mangaldas as Partner in General Corporate practice

Akshay Sachthey has rejoined Shardul Amarchand Mangaldas & Co as a Partner in the General Corporate Practice in Delhi.

Prior to rejoining SAM, Sachthey was associated with Pine Labs as Director - Legal, where he led legal for global mergers and acquisitions and strategic investments, as well as the prepaid solutions business across multiple jurisdictions.

Sachthey is an alumnus of Campus Law Centre, Faculty Of Law, University of Delhi.

He has over a decade of experience advising on a broad range of corporate and commercial matters, including corporate advisory, mergers and acquisitions, inbound and outbound investment transactions, commercial contracts, and regulatory work, with a particular focus on the insurance and reinsurance sector.

His experience cuts across diverse sectors including insurance, healthcare, retail, fintech, real estate, gaming, and IT/ITeS. He routinely advises Indian and international clients, including listed entities and Fortune 500 companies, on complex cross-border transactions, strategic investments, and regulatory mandates.
