Amrita Tonk, Sidhartha Barua and Girish Rawat join L&L Partners

The new hires will take the total partner tally at the firm to 84.

Amrita Tonk, Sidhartha Barua and Girish Rawat have joined L&L Partners, taking the total partner tally at the firm to 84.

Tonk and Barua have joined as Partners in the Litigation practice, while Rawat has joined as a Partner at the firm’s Banking & Finance practice.

Tonk started her career with L&L as an Associate in 2010, before she moved to Accenture for her secondment. She served as a Metropolitan Magistrate at the Delhi from 2013-2018, during which period she presided over 26,000 summary and summons triable matters.

Barua has over 17 years of experience and was worked as a Partner at Cyril Amarchand Mangaldas and AZB & Partners.

Rawat is a qualified Company Secretary and lawyer with over 14 years of experience. He has in-depth knowledge of international markets, FEMA and experience in cross-border transactions.

The firm has also hired Praful Jindal as a Senior Associate in Litigation team.
