Anand and Anand announces Branding Practice

The Branding practice will be headed by Safir Anand.

Anand and Anand has recently announced an extension of its branding practice. This extension provides end-to-end legal & creative solutions to branding – from creation, brand identity, risk mitigation, brand extension by product or geography or category, protection, monetization, commercialization to legal tools and advisory for brand valuation and protecting its value.

With this, the firm leverages its years of expertise in legal advisory and consultancy to enhance the traditional ‘brand and business’ practice of preserving the IP.

Practice head Safir Anand, along with his team is engaging with registered and highly qualified brand valuation experts to assist clients strategically and legally develop, maintain, enforce, and grow their brand and IP portfolios. With this, the branding team strength is now six members. The new practice area will provide clients with patent, trademark, copyright, and domain protection and strategic counselling and collateral practices affecting brands and their value, including tax, advertising, licensing, valuation, social media marketing, etc promising high return on investment while ensuring business ethics and objectives.

Safir Anand

Anand is known for his branding advice to big-ticket domestic and international clients. He also works closely with several start-ups mentoring them on building their brand. Anand sits on the CII ‘s ‘Ease of Doing Business’ committee and the task force for creative economy and contribution to GDP.

With this new practice, the firm promises to be a one-stop solution for all branding exercises.
