Anjali Menon rejoins Poovayya & Co as Partner in Corporate Practice

Anjali Menon has rejoined Poovayya & Co as a Partner in the Corporate Practice group.

Menon is an alumna of NALSAR University, Hyderabad.

She has over a decade of experience in corporate and commercial law. At Pooovayya, she will focus on employment law and workplace compliance. She provides comprehensive counsel to both corporate and individual clients on complex employment matters, with specialized expertise in the inquiry process for sexual harassment complaints.

In addition to guiding Internal Committees through regulatory requirements, she frequently serves as the External Member on these committees for several corporate clients. She also specialises in the drafting and negotiation of a diverse array of commercial contracts and regularly assists clients with master service agreements, outsourcing arrangements, franchise agreements, and distribution contracts, ensuring that every legal document aligns with their specific operational goals.

Furthermore, Menon provides strategic advice to founders navigating the early stages of the startup lifecycle, guiding entrepreneurs through the complexities of early-stage funding and capital raising.

Prior to joining Poovayya, Menon ran her own practice, Express Law. Before that she was associated with Poovayya for over four and a half years.
