Ankita Singh Malhotra has joined Infinia Technologies as Chief Legal Officer.

Malhotra is a 2013 graduate of Symbiosis Law School, Pune.

She has diverse experience in transactional work including M&As, Series A, B & C fund raising, restructuring and negotiating finance/facility agreements, data privacy & security along with the day to day corporate transactional work. She also has experience in managing litigation in UAE, UK, US, India and MENA region.

Prior to joining Infinia Technologies, Malhotra served as the Group Director Legal at Sirius International Holding.
