ANM Global expands its IP practice in Mumbai with Punit D Jani

After working for an IP firm for about 8 years, Jani had set-up his independent practice in 2016.

Punit D Jani has joined ANM Global's IP practice as a Partner.

Jani is a 2007 Law graduate from GJ Advani Law College, Bandra, Mumbai and is registered with the Bar Council of Maharashtra and Goa.

He started his career with a IP law firm in Mumbai in 2008 where he represented and advised Fortune 500 Global Companies and Indian Multinational companies on all facets of Intellectual Property Rights such as prosecution viz. pre-registration, post-registration, oppositions, rectifications etc pertaining to trademarks, copyright.

From 2016, Jani set-up his an independent practice, where he exclusively chose to practice IPR, both Prosecution and Litigation.

Commenting on Jani's joining ANM's Co-Founding Partner Nidhish Mehrotra said,

On his joining ANM, Jani said,

Recently, ANM Global had expanded its litigation team with Hemangi Abhyankar as a partner. She joined the firm in March 2021 from JSA.
