Anshuman Singh has joined Agram Legal Consultants as a Partner in Delhi, where he will be leading the firm's practice in the Delhi NCR Region alongside Karuna Thapa.

Singh is a 2009 graduate of Campus Law Centre, Faculty of Law, University of Delhi.

He has over 15 years of experience in advising on M&A, private equity, and JV transactions as well as on regulatory and governance aspects. He has advised both Indian and international clients across a wide range of sectors, including healthcare, financial services, education and manufacturing.

Prior to joining Agram Legal, he was a Counsel at Wadhwa Law Offices for a year.
