Aparna Rawat appointed Chief Legal Officer of L&T Finance

Rawat has led critical legal verticals at L&T Finance over the past nine years.

L&T Finance has announced the appointment of Aparna Rawat as the Company's Chief Legal Officer.

Rawat is a 2005 alumna of Delhi University.

She is a seasoned legal professional with nearly two decades of experience across the banking and financial services industry. She has a strong background in deal structuring, merger & acquisition, private equity, stressed asset resolution, dispute resolution, and litigation, coupled with extensive experience in financial services law.

Over the past nine years at L&T Finance, Rawat has led critical legal verticals, including Infrastructure Finance, Real Estate Financing, Stressed Situations Group, and Group Functions & Wholesale, embedding legal foresight in the company’s strategic decision-making.

Commenting on Rawat’s appointment, Sudipta Roy, Managing Director & CEO, LTF, said,
