Argus Partners has promoted Priyanka Shetty to the position of a Partner in the firm's Disputes & ADR practice.

Shetty is a 2014 graduate of KC Law College.

With a decade of experience in commercial disputes, Shetty specializes in succession and testamentary matters, arbitrations, mediations, insolvency, real estate, and commercial law. Her expertise includes representation in the High Court, City Civil Court, DRT, NCLT/NCLAT, and other judicial authorities for clients across diverse industries, including banking, construction, pharmaceuticals and offshore investment funds, among others.

Prior to her elevation to Partnership, Shetty has been associated with the firm for nearly 7 years, having joined Argus Partners back in 2018.
