Argus Partners Mumbai Partner Gaurav Singhi has left the firm to join Tata Sons as Assistant Vice President (Legal).

Gaurav is a 2006 graduate of West Bengal National University of Juridical Sciences, Kolkata (WBNUJS).

He specializes in Mergers & Acquisitions, Private Equity and Venture Capital Investments.

Gaurav joined Argus Partners in April 2021 from Cyril Amarchand Mangaldas. Prior to joining CAM, he was working with Shardul Amarchand Mangaldas.

He had moved to Shardul Amarchand Mangaldas from J Sagar Associates in 2015, along with Akshay Chudasama and his team.

Singhi has also previously worked with Wadhia Ghandy & Co, Phoenix Legal and Trilegal in Mumbai.
