Arindam Basu has joined Poovayya & Co as a Partner in the firm's Corporate Advisory team.

Basu is a 2006 graduate from the National Law School of India University, Bangalore.

He has extensive experience in advising on mergers and acquisitions, private equity and venture capital transactions, foreign investments and strategic collaborations.

A seasoned negotiator with strong legal and analytical skills, Basu has led and managed multiple large-scale transactions over the course of his career. His experience encompasses corporate transactions across sectors as diverse as healthcare, education, technology, media and entertainment, defence, manufacturing, retail, hospitality, FMCG and others.

Prior to joining Poovayya & Co, Basu was a Partner with ALMT Legal.
