Arka Banerjee has joined Verist Law as a Partner.

Banerjee is a 2006 graduate of National Law School of India University. He earned his MBA from INSEAD in 2015.

With over 15 years of experience, Banerjee specialises in corporate laws, primarily mergers and acquisitions and private equity transactions. He was a Partner at Shardul Amarchand Mangaldas for 5 years and post that was a Partner at Anagram Partners for nearly a year.

Prior to joining Verist Law, he was practicing independently.
