Saha has today resigned from AZB after spending about 19 years at the firm.

According to TT&A, this is a significant move to increase TT&A’s pan India footprint.

"We believe our clients and lawyers will greatly benefit from a joint practice and natural synergies, given the breadth of practice areas spanned by Gautam and team, coupled with TT&A’s strong reputation and presence in the corporate and finance practices."

TT&A Partner Kunal Thakore said,

We welcome Gautam and his team and are very excited to join together with such well reputed and highly skilled lawyers. This is a big and game changing step for the firm as we look to move to the next stage of our development. We are looking forward to working together with Gautam and the other partners to continue to provide the same quality advice and client service that both are known for”.
