Ramya Suresh has joined Saraf and Partners as a Partner in Corporate and M&A practice.
Suresh is a 2011 graduate of Amity Law School. She also holds a Company Secretary degree from the Institute of Company Secretaries of India.
With over a decade of experience in the transactional and advisory realm, Suresh brings her wealth of knowledge to enhance the firm's capabilities in serving multinational clients involved in cross-border transactions, mergers & acquisitions, and private equity ventures. Her extensive track record includes pivotal roles in significant M&A transactions spanning diverse industries such as infrastructure, healthcare, consumer products, energy, and financial services.
Prior to joining Saraf and Partners, Suresh was as a Partner at AZB & Partners. Before joining AZB in 2022, Suresh was working at Trilegal.
