AZB Partner Sneha Nagvekar has joined Veritas Legal as a Partner.

Nagvekar is a 2013 graduate from Government Law College, Mumbai. She earned her LLM from Carey Law School, University of Pennsylvania.

She has over a decade of experience in Mergers and Acquisitions & Private Equity, primarily focusing on Public M&A. She has represented leading private equity funds, large Indian multinational companies and financial advisors in all facets of Public M&A transactions including divestitures, mergers, demergers, competitive situations, block deals, tender offers, take-private transactions, leveraged buy-outs, spin-outs and recapitalizations.

In addition, Nagvekar has extensive experience in regulatory and securities law matters, offering strategic advice to listed companies, audit committees and independent directors.

Prior to joining Veritas Legal, Nagvekar was associated with AZB & Partners for 9 years, and held the position of a Partner at AZB for a year.
