Niruphama R has joined J.Sagar Associates as a Partner with effect from April 7, 2021.

She will be joining the firm’s Capital Markets Practice and will be based out of Gururgam.

Her mentoring Partner is Madhurima Mukherjee Saha, who was recently admitted as an Equity Partner at JSA.

Niruphama R's last assignment was with AZB & Partners, New Delhi and she has previously worked with S&R Associates and Amarchand Mangaldas.

She is a 2009 graduate of NALSAR, Hyderabad and holds an LL.M. from NYU School of Law.

She has vast experience in Regulatory, General Corporate, Equity, Capital Markets, Debt Capital Markets, Structured products, InvITs and REITs practices.
