Bar & Brief Attorneys and H&S India Law Firm enter into referral arrangement

The collaboration between the two firms aims at a referral tie-up and expansion in terms of practice areas as well as geographical reach.

Bar & Brief Attorneys, a full-service law firm based in Mumbai, has entered into a referral alliance and service association agreement with H&S India Law Firm (HSILF) Advocates, another full-service law firm also based in Mumbai.

HSILF is a preferred Indian referral partner law firm for a few major law firms from China, Taiwan, Singapore and Hong Kong. It has advised many state-owned and private entities and investors for their investments in India.

Bar & Brief specialises in media and entertainment (both litigation and non-litigation) and also services clients in corporate and commercial laws, intellectual property rights, data privacy, real estate laws, family law, corporate secretarial practice and general civil and criminal litigation before all courts and tribunals.

The collaboration between the two firms aims at a referral tie-up and expansion in terms of practice areas as well as geographical reach.

Commenting on the alliance, Managing Partner of Bar & Brief Ravi Suryawanshi said in a press release,
