BTG Advaya has announced the elevation of Aishwarya Kaushiq to partnership.
Kaushiq is a key member of the firm's disputes team in Delhi. He has played a pivotal role in handling high-stakes litigation and arbitration matters, and his elevation marks a significant milestone in the continued growth of the firm’s disputes practice.
Alongside Kaushiq, BTG Advaya has also promoted the following lawyers:
Aanchal Merchant (Corporate, M&A) has been promoted from Senior Associate to Principal Associate.
Prashant Daga (Technology, Media & Communications), Pranay Desai (Corporate, M&A) and Suyash Sarvankar (Corporate, M&A) have been elevated from Associate to Senior Associate.
