BTG Advaya elevates Aishwarya Kaushiq to Partnership

Alongside Kaushiq, the firm has also announced promotions across positions and practices.

BTG Advaya has announced the elevation of Aishwarya Kaushiq to partnership.

Kaushiq is a key member of the firm's disputes team in Delhi. He has played a pivotal role in handling high-stakes litigation and arbitration matters, and his elevation marks a significant milestone in the continued growth of the firm’s disputes practice.

Alongside Kaushiq, BTG Advaya has also promoted the following lawyers:

  • Aanchal Merchant (Corporate, M&A) has been promoted from Senior Associate to Principal Associate. 

  • Prashant Daga (Technology, Media & Communications), Pranay Desai (Corporate, M&A) and Suyash Sarvankar (Corporate, M&A) have been elevated from Associate to Senior Associate.
