Chandhiok & Mahajan announced its Associate-level promotions on its Annual Retreat

Mehul Parti and Mahima Singh have been made Managing Associates

Chandhiok & Mahajan (C&M) on its Annual Retreat held from July 29 – August 1, 2021 announced its Associate-level promotions.

Mehul Parti, who has been associated with the firm for over 6 years has been promoted to Managing Associate.

Parti is an alumnus of Amity Law School. His practice covers dispute resolution, general and regulatory litigation. He has advised and represented a plethora of companies in disputes before various courts and tribunals.

Mahima Singh too has been made Managing Associate.

Singh has been associated with the firm for over 5 years and is an alumnus of Delhi University. Her practice focuses on restructuring and insolvency, regulatory and dispute resolution.

Savar Mahajan who has been associated with the firm for over 4 years has been promoted to Senior Associate. Mahajan's practice revolves around the areas of insolvency & restructuring and general corporate and has handled some landmark matters relating to CIRP and liquidations processes.

With new hires and promotions, Chandhiok & Mahajan now has 6 partners and over 30 lawyers across its three offices in New Delhi, Mumbai, and Bengaluru.
