Chandhiok & Mahajan elevates three lawyers to partnership

With these elevations, the total partnership of the firm has grown to 9 partners.

Chandhiok & Mahajan has elevated Lovejeet Singh, Lagna Panda and Avinash Amarnath to partnership with effect from April 1, 2022.

Singh is a 2008 graduate from Panjab University and has an LL.M. from Cardiff University in 2009. With over 13 years of experience, he began his career as an international intern at Azmi & Associates for a brief period of 3 months, after which he was with Lexis Nexis as a Legal Research Editor. Post this, Singh joined Corporate Law Group in Delhi, where he worked for close to 5 years. He then worked with Clasis Law for close to 3 years before moving to Chandhiok & Mahajan in December 2019 as Managing Associate.

Panda is a 2012 graduate of National Law University, Jodhpur. With 10 years of experience, she has worked with leading firms like J Sagar Associates before joining the firm in July 2018 as a Senior Associate.

Amarnath is a 2011 graduate of Symbiosis International University and has an LL.M. from King's College, London in 2012. With over 12 years of experience, Amarnath has previously worked with the erstwhile Amarchand & Mangaldas, Talwar Thakore & Associates, and at the chambers of Senior Advocate Amit Sibal. Before joining the firm in August 2020 as Counsel, Amarnath was practicing independently as an Advocate-on-Record for over 2 years.

With this, the total partnership of the firm has grown to 9 partners. Earlier this year, former Kotak Mahindra General Counsel Bhargesh Ojha joined the firm in Mumbai.
