Cyril Amarchand Mangaldas Partner Tanmay Patnaik joins Trilegal in Corporate practice

Cyril Amarchand Mangaldas Partner Tanmay Patnaik has joined Trilegal as a Partner in the Corporate practice in Mumbai. Patnaik specializes in private client services for the firm.

Patnaik is a 2010 graduate of the Government Law College. Heholds an LL.M. in Banking, Corporate and Finance Law from the Fordham Law School, New York.

He has over 12 years of experience specialising in estate and succession planning, including cross-border aspects and interplay with the Indian exchange control regime, takeover regulations, and personal laws, family constitutions and governance, family settlements/disputes, and the establishment of trusts. He holds extensive experience in advising promoters of some of India’s largest business houses as well as professional wealth management and fiduciary service providers, public personalities, senior executives and non-resident Indians.
