Cyril Amarchand Mangaldas Competition Law Partner Anshuman Sakle is leaving the firm to rejoin Khaitan & Co.

Sakle had left Khaitan & Co in 2016 to join Cyril Amarchand Mangaldas and handle the firm's Competition Law practice after Nisha Kaur Uberoi had left the firm.

Confirming Anshuman’s exit, Cyril Amarchand Mangaldas Managing Partner Cyril Shroff said,

"We wish him the best."

Sakle is a graduate of Symbiosis Law School and started his career with Khaitan & Co.

On his move to Khaitan, the firm's Executive Director - Human Resources Amar Sinhji said,

“We are very pleased to welcome Anshuman back to our firm, as a Partner in our Competition & Antitrust practice. It is a kind of homecoming, as Anshuman had spent his initial formative years with our firm and hence is very familiar with our culture and values. We see our Competition practice as being ripe for a rapid scale up and Anshuman’s joining will help us in that process, with the deepening of existing client relationships and creating new ones.”
