Dinesh Gupta has joined IndiaLaw LLP as a Partner in Corporate and M&A practice at the firm's Delhi/NCR office.

Gupta is an alumnus of Chaudhary Charan Singh University and is also a member of the Institute of Company Secretaries of India.

He has 15 years of experience with specialisation in aircraft leasing and financing, M&A, private equity, joint ventures, distressed buyouts & related structuring, and general corporate advisory. His industry experience spans across sectors, including Aviation & Defence, Retail & E-commerce, Gift City, Financial Services & Fin-tech, Insurance, and Pharmaceuticals.

He has significant experience in handling matters related to aircraft leasing & financing, Gift IFSC set-ups, foreign exchange regulations, fintech, insurance, cross-border investments, corporate restructuring, and entry & exit strategies.

Prior to joining IndiaLaw, Gupta was a Partner at Clasis Law in Corporate & Commercial Practice for over 6 years.

At IndiaLaw, he will focus on building and developing Aviation, Insurance, M&A and Restructuring practice.
