Dishi Bhomawat joins Touchstone Partners as Counsel in Mumbai

Touchstone Partners has announced the appointment of Dishi Bhomawat as Counsel in its Mumbai office.

Bhomawat, a London-trained corporate lawyer, brings with her eight years of experience advising on strategic, cross-border mergers and acquisitions and investment transactions for private capital funds, sovereign wealth funds and multinational corporations.

She was most recently a Senior Consultant (Principal Associate) with Cyril Amarchand Mangaldas in Mumbai, where she spent over a year. Prior to that, she worked with Herbert Smith Freehills in London for more than seven years. Earlier in her career, she was an associate with Luthra & Luthra Law Offices in New Delhi.

Her practice spans high-value deals across renewables, natural resources and defence, with matters handled across the UK, Europe, the Middle East and Asia. In India, she has recently advised on landmark investments in the energy and infrastructure sector
