Dr Archana G. Gulati, formerly Advisor - Competition Commission of India and Joint Secretary, Digital Communications Niti Aayog, joins Trilegal as a senior advisor to the Competition practice.
Dr. Gulati has in the past overseen complex and high-profile merger control matters during her time at CCI. Her addition to the firm will strengthen Trilegal's ability to serve clients in this space.
On Dr. Gulati's joining the firm, Nisha Kaur Uberoi, National Competition Head at Trilegal said,
