DSK Partner Shiv Sapra heads to Kochhar & Co as a Partner

Sapra will be joining the firm's New Delhi office.

Shiv Sapra has joined Kochhar & Co as a Partner in Commercial Disputes, Arbitration and Insolvency Practices at the firm's New Delhi office.

Sapra is a 2006 graduate of ILS Law College, Pune.

A seasoned litigator with over 17 years of rich and versatile experience, Sapra’s expertise covers advising multinational and prominent domestic clients on contentious matters, including pre-litigation advisory, contractual disputes, corporate restructurings, and strategic matters involving general commercial law.

His clients include top-tier international banks and financial institutions whom he advises on recovery strategies, asset enforcement, and appropriations, criminal law, and writs. Sapra actively advises clients in Engineering, Procurement, and Construction (EPC), Infrastructure, and in the Maritime/Mercantile sectors on commercial disputes and settlements.

Prior to his move to Kochhar, Sapra was a Partner at DSK Legal for over a year, at the firm's Dispute Resolution practice. Before that he was a Partner at Luthra & Luthra.
