Three DSK Partners leave to reunite with C&S Partners founders

Dubey, Tiwari and Ansari have worked in the team of C&S Partners founders Bobby Chandhoke and Sudhir Sharma in the past.

DSK Legal Partners Pradyuman Dubey, Saurabh Tiwari and Saleem Hasan Ansari have left the firm to join C&S Partners in Delhi.

C&S co-founder Bobby Chandhoke confirmed the development to Bar & Bench.

Dubey, Tiwari and Ansari were part of the team led by C&S Founders Bobby Chandhoke and Sudhir Sharma which had left Luthra and Luthra to join DSK Legal in 2022.

In October 2023, Chandhoke and Sharma left DSK to set up C&S Partners.

An alumnus of Campus Law Centre, Delhi University, Dubey has over 20 years of experience in dispute resolution and corporate advisory practices across diverse sectors. He has represented several large Indian companies and MNCs, PE funds, banks, artists and high net worth individuals in international and domestic arbitration and civil, criminal, IP and regulatory litigation.

A 2008 graduate of National Law University, Jodhpur, Tiwari is a corporate lawyer with significant experience in advising international and Indian clients on Indian corporate and securities laws, commercial agreements, foreign exchange laws, regulatory issues and technology laws.

Ansari is a 1998 graduate of Aligarh Muslim University. He is a litigator with over 25 years of experience in handling civil/commercial and criminal litigation before various courts and arbitral tribunals, both domestic as well as international. His client base includes aviation companies, banks and financial institutions, MNCs, real estate and construction companies, media groups, automobile manufacturers and executives of leading companies.
