Dua Associates has announced the elevation of Principal Associates Aniketh BC and Vinuth Gowda to partnership, effective April 1, 2022.
Gowda predominantly practices laws related to Real Estate and has worked extensively on conducting title due diligence over properties, evaluation of title exceptions and risks, mitigation of risks, advice on structuring real estate transactions, preparation of all necessary transaction documents, statutory compliances relating to real estate projects, commercial lease transactions, joint developments and advises on real estate specific laws.
Aniketh BC is a 2011 graduate of the School of Law, Christ University. His core expertise is in the field of commercial dispute resolution; contract dispute litigation; arbitration; debt recovery disputes; civil dispute resolution; general dispute litigation; employment disputes for and/or against variety of corporate entities, public sector undertakings and individuals.
Both Gowda and Aniketh are based at Dua Associates’ Bangalore office and will continue to focus on their practice areas of Litigation, Real Estate and Corporate Law.
With these promotions, Dua Associates has crossed the 70 Partner mark. The firm also promoted a total of 20 lawyers across positions.
