Faizur Rehman joins AKS Partners as Partner in Energy & Infrastructure practice

With a career spanning over two decades, Rehman stands as a distinguished practitioner in the realm of Energy and Infrastructure.

Faizur Rehman has joined AKS Partners as a Partner in the firm's Energy & Infrastructure practice.

Rehman is an alumnus of the Faculty of Law, University of Delhi and a Fellow Member of the Institute of Company Secretaries of India (ICSI).

With a professional journey spanning over two decades, Rehman stands as a distinguished practitioner in Energy and Infrastructure. With expertise honed in highly regulated domains such as renewable energy, EV charging infrastructure, and biofuels, he has played a pivotal role in delivering greenfield project development, including 1st agri-based SEZ, numerous solar power projects in different States, land acquisitions, successful government biddings, Joint Ventures, multiple layered acquisitions, divestment of assets, corporate restructuring and several other M&A transactions.

Welcoming Rehman to the team, Sonal Kumar Singh, Managing Partner, said,
