Foley Hoag LLP has announced the elevation of Senior Associate Sudhanshu Roy to Partnership.

Roy is a 2008 graduate of Hidayatullah National Law University. He earned his LLM in International Law and Legal Studies from New York University School of Law.

With over 15 years of experience, he specializes in Public International Law, Investor-State Arbitration and International Investment Policy.

Roy has been associated with Foley Hoag for the past 9 years. As a part of the firm's International Litigation and Arbitration Department, he exclusively represents sovereign States before international courts and tribunals.

Sharing his excitement, Roy said,
