Former Anand and Anand Partner, Symbiosis Law alumni set up Panda Law in Delhi and Gauhati

The four batch mates have set up a firm after each completing 10 years’ of practice in their individual fields.

Former Anand and Anand Partner Nishchal Anand has set up Panda Law in Delhi NCR and Gauhati along with his fellow Symbiosis Law School, Pune alumni Pranay Agrawala, Karan Khanna and Dhrupad Das.

Panda Law is an interdisciplinary law firm, with verticals including Corporate Law, Intellectual Property and Technology Laws, and Dispute Resolution and Corporate Litigation.

The firm works on both international and domestic matters, in fields including structuring, incorporation, joint ventures, funding, IPR and dispute strategy.

The partners also advise on the intersections of law and technology, including sector-specific advice on Artificial Intelligence (AI), systems integration, data protection, fintech, agritech, and blockchain.

The firm advises both funds and startups.

Nishchal Anand was previously a Partner at Anand and Anand, where he started working in 2009. He focused on advisory and enforcement of intellectual property rights.

Pranay Agrawala formerly worked at Trilegal as an Associate, and at the chambers of Senior Advocate Sidharth Luthra, before joining Imperia Law.

Karan Khanna previously set up his own firm Equity Legal in 2014.

Dhrupad Das was associated with the chambers of Senior Advocate Arun Kathpalia, where he practiced corporate and commercial litigation since 2009.
