Former AZB & Partners lawyer Amit Shrivastava has joined Imperial Law Offices as a Managing Partner.

Imperial Law Offices was formed in August 2020 by former Dhir & Dhir Associates lawyer Amit Prakash and ex-Vaish Associates lawyer Vasu Dev.

Speaking to Bar & Bench, Shrivastava, who joined the firm this month, said that the idea of forming the firm was conceptualised three years ago. He added,

"We have started this firm with the idea of exploiting the opportunity this pandemic has created for breaking in the market and establish a full service law firm. Our goal is to provide time sensitive quality legal services to our clients."

Shrivastava and is a graduate of Devi Ahilya University, Indore. He had previously worked with PDS Legal before joining AZB. He specialises in Tax Law and Litigation.

Prakash went to the same law college, and worked at Krishnamurthy & Co before his stint at Dhir & Dhir. He specialises in Banking & Finance.

Dev did his LL.B from Delhi University, and worked at PRA Law Offices before joining Vaish Associates. He specialises in General Corporate Laws.
