Former AZB Partner Gaurav Bansal has joined Jurisphere.ai as a Strategic Advisor.

Bansal is a 2010 graduate of The Maharaja Sayajirao University of Baroda. He earned his LLM in Corporate Law from O.P. Jindal Global University in 2012.

Bansal has over 13 years of experience in antitrust and corporate law — combining strategic advisory, regulatory compliance, and litigation, across sectors including aviation, digital markets, automobiles, manufacturing, telecom, pharmaceuticals, and FMCG. He has played a key role in securing landmark merger control approvals and has led high-stakes antitrust litigation for marquee clients.

Prior to joining Jurisphere, Bansal was associated with AZB & Partners for over 8 years, where he held the position of a Partner for three and a half years.

On joining Jurisphere, Bansal shared,

"What drew me to Jurisphere is not just the tech, but the vision: using AI to build smarter legal systems, empower litigants, and transform how law is accessed, delivered, and experienced. From M&A to courtroom justice — the potential is vast, and we've only just begun."

Jurisphere CEO Varun Khandelwal state,

"Gaurav will help shape Jurisphere.ai's mission to reimagine how legal solutions are built, scaled, and experienced."
