Nidhi Khadria joins Lex Consult as Partner

Former Head of Legal (India) at LOGOS Property Nidhi Khadria has joined Lex Consult as a Partner.

Khadria is a 2004 graduate of ILS Law College, Pune. In a career spanning around two decades, Khadria has worked at leading law firms such AZB & Partners and Trilegal. She also held the position of Director Legal at Matrix Partners for over 2 years. More recently, she worked at warehousing and logistics platform LOGOS Property as Head of Legal (India) for nearly 4 years.

Khadria has significant experience in working with counsel and business teams to facilitate transactions and asset management, while effectively addressing the nuances of Indian law and market practice on matters such as foreign investments, contract law and land title matters.
