Fox Mandal Partner Rohan Singh joins CAM as Partner in Corporate Practice

Singh will be working out of CAM's Mumbai office.

Fox Mandal & Associates Partner Rohan Singh has re-joined Cyril Amarchand Mangaldas as a Partner in Corporate Practice at Mumbai.

Singh is a 2011 alumnus of NALSAR, Hyderabad.

He has over 14 years of experience in private equity transactions, mergers & acquisitions, joint ventures, divestitures, cross-border investments and general corporate matters. He has worked with leading domestic and foreign corporations, private equity investors and financial sponsors in a range of industry sectors, including financial services, information technology, pharmaceuticals, e-commerce, real estate (information technology parks and education infrastructure), and manufacturing.

Prior to joining CAM, Singh was a Partner at Fox Mandal & Associates for the past three years.
