Accordingly, Partner Monica Lakhanpal has taken over as Managing Partner of the firm with immediate effect.

Monica Lakhanpal

Speaking on this development, Gaggar, commented

“Litigation has always been my passion and even as a partner in the law firm I would argue before various fora and the High Court and Supreme Court on a daily basis. However, in order to do proper justice to the brief, it becomes imperative after a point to decide which path to follow and I believe pure counsel works always been my true calling...

...I believe the experience of understanding the issues from a law firm perspective is going to hold me in very good stead as I would be in a position to truly understand the needs and pains of the solicitors who would be handholding the clients..."

On assuming her new role, Lakhanpal said,

“Gaggar & Partners has been on a trajectory of steady, profitable growth for more than a decade. As I step into this role, my endeavour will be to continue this momentum and steer the Firm towards setting benchmarks for the new generation of law firms.”
