Cyril Amarchand Mangaldas Partner Gaurav SInghi has joined Argus Partners as a Partner in Mumbai. He will be part of the firm's corporate practice.

Gaurav specializes in Mergers & Acquisitions, Private Equity and Venture Capital Investments.

Commenting on Gaurav's decision, Cyril Amarchand Mangaldas Managing Partner Cyril Shroff said, "We wish him well".

Gaurav joined Cyril Amarchand Mangaldas in 2017 from Shardul Amarchand Mangaldas. He had moved to Shardul Amarchand Mangaldas from J Sagar Associates in 2015, along with Akshay Chudasama and his team.

He is 2006 graduate of NUJS, Kolkata. He has previously worked at Phoenix Legal and Wadia Ghandy & Co.
