HSA Advocates elevates Aditya Khandelwal to Partnership

The Firm has also announced Associate-level promotions.

HSA Advocates has elevated Aditya Khandelwal to Partnership at the firm.

Khandelwal has over 13 years of experience in M&A, Banking & Finance, Capital Markets, and Securities Laws. He has advised clients across a wide range of contractual, transactional, financing, and regulatory matters. His professional focus encompasses infrastructure projects, PE investments, and providing support for India market entry, including navigating regulatory requirements.

HSA Advocates has also promoted Ishaan Duggal, Nipun Sharma, and Prithviraj Chauhan to the position of Associate Partner.

In addition to the Partner-level promotions, the firm has announced the elevation of the following attorneys:

  • Avi Yadav, Saurobroto Dutta, and Sourav Sharma have been promoted to Principal Associate.

  • Aasiya Khan, Jatin Batra, Nidhi Mahajan, Ruchi Goyal, and Shray Mehta have been promoted to Senior Associate.
