IndusLaw Partner Faraz Khan has resigned to join Anagram Partners as a Partner in the firm's Corporate practice.

Khan graduated from ILS Law College, Pune in 2010 and earned his LL.M. from Columbia Law School in 2016.

He has over twelve years of experience advising on domestic and cross-border mergers and acquisitions, private equity investments, and foreign investment laws. He specialises in advising blue-chip private equity funds and large domestic and global conglomerates on structuring and negotiating their investments, share acquisitions, and business transfers across a range of sectors.

Before his stint at IndusLaw, Khan worked with Shardul Amarchand Mangaldas.
