IndusLaw partners with Legitquest to develop AI-powered legal tool

IndusLaw has announced their partnership with Legitquest, as the firm's AI Partner.

The Firm will conduct a Proof of Concept (PoC) with Legitquest to develop a cutting-edge AI-powered tool designed to integrate customized workflows and solutions across key legal domains.

This AI-driven tool will focus on construction disputes automation, legal predictions, intellectual property rights claims, contracts, M&A and due diligence automation, email/drive data integration, AI-powered chat assistance, and automated drafting. Additionally, it will feature an advanced legal research and litigation management platform, enabling seamless collaboration and real-time case monitoring through exhaustive data and AI-driven insights.

Among its flagship products is ZAIAN, a legal AI assistant capable of providing real-time answers, drafting documents, reviewing contracts, and retrieving case laws with precision. Alongside its legal research and litigation management tools, Legitquest also offers LIBIL, an AI-powered solution for legal due diligence.

There has been an ongoing AI revolution among law firms, with four law firms onboarding AI legal assistants in the past 5 months.
