Jayashree Shukla Dasgupta quits Dhir & Dhir to start independent practice

Dasgupta leaves Dhir & Dhir after 18 years at the firm.

Former Partner at Dhir & Dhir Jayashree Shukla Dasgupta has left the firm to set up her independent litigation practice.

Dasgupta is a 1999 graduate of Campus Law Centre, Delhi University. She began her career practicing in Bhopal and then joined Singhania & Partners, where she worked for more than two years. In June 2004, she joined Dhir & Dhir.

She was a Partner in the Litigation Practice at Dhir & Dhir, and is also an Insolvency Professional.

With over 23 years of experience as a lawyer, Dasgupta specializes in Banking & Finance Litigation as well as Insolvency, Restructuring and Bankruptcy Disputes along with Corporate Commercial Litigation. She has been part of several high profile cases in these fields.
