Jivesh Chandrayan has joined Singhania & Partners LLP as a Partner in Corporate and Commercial practice at the firm’s New Delhi office.

Chandrayan is a 2004 graduate of University of Delhi. He earned his LL.M. in Commercial Law from Cardiff University in 2006. He also has a Diploma in Intellectual Property from the Indian Law Institute.

He has over 20 years of extensive experience in corporate advisory, exchange control laws, labour and employment, and technology law. He has been a trusted advisor to multinational corporations, large business groups, state-owned enterprises, promoter groups, and high-net-worth individuals, providing strategic counsel on various legal matters. His sectoral experience spans IT, fintech, consumer electronics, healthcare, pharmaceuticals, renewable energy, defense, estate planning, and more.

Prior to joining Singhania & Partners, Chandrayan was associated with Lakshmikumaran & Sridharan Attorneys.
