JSA Partner Rakki Partani has joined Khaitan & Co as a Partner in Real Estate practice at the firm's Bengaluru office.

Partani is a 2007 graduate of the School of Excellence in Law, Chennai.

With over 14 years of experience, she specializes in real estate, private equity and debt, general corporate advisory and M&A. She has previously worked with leading law firms such as HSB Partners, Wadia Ghandy & Co. and JSA.

Prior to joining Khaitan & Co, Partani was associated with J. Sagar Associates for over 7 years and held the position of a Partner at the Firm for over 2 years.
