JSA Partner Utkarsh Bandhu joins Argus Partners as Equity Partner

Bandhu will be based out of the firm's Mumbai office.

JSA Partner Utkarsh Bandhu has joined Argus Partners as an Equity Partner in Banking and Finance practice at the firm's Mumbai office.

Bandhu is a 2009 graduate of National Law University, Jodhpur.

He is a notable Banking and Finance lawyer. He holds extensive experience in various transactions, including cross-border bond issuances, debt capital markets, project financing, offshore borrowings, overseas direct investments, restructuring, acquisition financing, real estate financing, consortium lending, syndication, receivables purchase transactions, and regulatory advisory.

Prior to joining Argus Partners, Bandhu was a Partner at JSA for 2 years and has also worked with Shardul Amarchand Mangaldas and SNG & Partners in the past.
