JSA Partner Varun Sehgal has joined Kochhar & Co as a Partner at the firm's Gurugram office.

Sehgal is a 2006 graduate of the National Law University, Jodhpur.

With over 17 years of experience, Sehgal specializes in Corporate and M&A practice with a focus on strategic acquisitions, joint ventures, corporate restructuring, and commercial agreements. His sectoral expertise spans various sectors including retail trade, e-commerce, technology, energy and infrastructure, manufacturing, and industrials.

Prior to joining Kochhar & Co, Sehgal held the position of a Partner at JSA. Previously he has also worked at firms such as Shardul Amarchand Mangaldas and Cyril Amarchand Mangaldas, as well as served as the Vice President at OYO.
