Rohitashwa Prasad has joined Dentons Link Legal as a Partner in the Corporate Commercial practice at New Delhi.

Prasad is a 1995 graduate of Campus Law Centre, University of Delhi. He earned his LL.M. from Harvard Law School in 1999. He is a dual qualified lawyer, admitted to practice in India and New York.

He has 25 years of experience in the practice areas of M&A, Private Equity, and Capital Markets. He has advised various businesses, investment banks and private equity funds in strategic acquisitions, asset sales, financial investments, joint ventures, fundraising, IPOs, FCCBs and QIPs, besides representing clients in litigation matters early in his career. He also has extensive experience of advising and interacting with the Government of India in its disinvestment programme.

He was associated with JSA for nearly 20 years.
